Depending on Your location and product availability, orders are processed and dispatched from our strategic global warehouses to ensure efficient and reliable handling.
Shipping Fees & Promotional Rates
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered worldwide. Please note that this free shipping model is promotional and We reserve the right to amend, update, or change our shipping fee structure at any time for future purchases without prior notice.
Expedited Shipping
While our complimentary standard shipping is highly optimized for reliability, We also provide premium Expedited Shipping options at checkout for select regions. If You prefer a faster courier service, You may choose these premium methods during the checkout process for an additional fee.

Please Note: Order Processing Time (2-5 days) is not included in the transit estimates above. All delivery timeframes exclude unforeseen customs clearance delays or regional postal disruptions.
Tracking Information & Carrier Partnerships
Once Your package is handed over to the international carrier network, You will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a secure tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Our logistics partners utilize reliable global and local postal networks to ensure safe final delivery. Depending on your destination country, final delivery may be handled by premier local postal administrations, including but not limited to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the USA, Royal Mail, La Poste, Deutsche Post, or local national posts for Europe, and Australia Post for Australia.
Tracking Status: “No Information Available”
For certain shipping routes, it may take 2 to 5 business days for the tracking database to update on the logistics platform. If your tracking number shows no information after 5 business days from receiving your shipping email, please contact our support team.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Company is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to Your package upon arrival in Your destination country. By purchasing products from trendqoo, You acknowledge and agree that one or more packages may be shipped to You and may incur customs fees or import duties regulated by Your local government.
Incorrect Address Liability
trendqoo is not legally or financially liable if an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address is provided during the checkout process. Customers are strictly required to verify that their billing and shipping details are 100% correct before finalizing their order. If a delivery failure occurs due to an internal error made by Us or our fulfillment partners, We will take full responsibility and reship the original order at no additional charge.
Split Shipments
For logistical efficiency and to guarantee the fastest delivery, items from the same order may occasionally be dispatched from different fulfillment centers and sent in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split.
